As you know IMT Matcher is collaborating with IVF Synergy to distribute, service and support Matcher, and we are delighted to let you know that following their training, their entire team of service, sales and logistics experts are now certified UK and IRE distributors for IMT.
Both teams are looking forward to assisting you with your service and support needs. We have spent considerable time making sure that all the processes in the background are in place and work seamlessly.
In order to direct any enquiries correctly and respond to them as quickly as possible, we ask that you now use the details below for any requests for service and support, Matcher cycle licences and consumables. (The email for IMT Matcher accounts remains unchanged)
The IMT Matcher team are of course still around and will assist with more technical issues and will be called to support as needed.

There is a new phone number which is the IVF Synergy support team direct line.

There is no change to the email address but this will automatically be copied to the IVF Synergy support team and the initial reply and first line support will be from the service team at IVFsynergy.
We are really pleased to be able to collaborate in such a way in this region and we believe that this will enhance both the support and communication we offer as we head towards a very interesting time with new product developments.
We have been working hard on these ground-breaking product developments and will be sending out a preview of them very soon !
